TECHNICAL SUPPORT: We do all tech support via email and social media. It is more efficient than over-the-phone because both parties have time to articulate well thought messages, attach photos, video links, diagrams, etc. Do not hesitate to include extensive details in your first message to us. The more information we have from the start, the sooner we can respond with useful assistance. Always include the make and model and model year of your project. If you wish to include photos or videos, it may be best to send it to us via social media message to eliminate the chance of an email server rejecting a large message.
