  • Thread sealant (not included) should be added to the 1/8 NPT threads at time of installation.
  • Consult your tuner before installation of a non-original MAP sensor. Rescaling of the MAP sensor table is required before starting the engine.

The CJM MAP Sensor Adapter installs in place of the factory MAP sensor and provides a convenient vacuum / boost reference port directly at the intake manifold.

This billet adapter features a female 1/8 NPT port and includes an aluminum -4AN adapter fitting for secure hose connection. A brown Viton O-ring is preinstalled for proper sealing, and a stainless mounting screw is included for secure installation.

Installation of this adapter provides a simple and reliable way to access manifold pressure on VQ37VHR and VR38 engines. It is commonly used to install a remote-mounted, motorsports-grade MAP sensor for improved durability and precision.

This adapter is also useful when performing intake manifold conversions — such as adapting a VHR or VR38 manifold onto an HR engine. Since the HR does not utilize a factory MAP sensor, this adapter allows the MAP port to be repurposed for vacuum-referenced accessories.
