The CJM Regulator Delete allows DIY return-system builders to retain full functionality of the venturi system inside the factory fuel pump housing.
In the OEM design, the in-tank regulator relieves into internal passages that supply two venturi jet pumps. When the regulator is removed, this component is required to route return fuel back into the venturis and keep them operating.
Without it, the vehicle becomes increasingly prone to fuel slosh starvation and can run out of fuel even when the gauge reads half full.
