Early models (approximately 2003–2015) use a 5-pin connector with 5 wires. Later models (approximately 2015–2025) use an 8-pin connector with 6 wires.
⚠️ Important: The changeover was based on production date, not strictly model year. Vehicles built near the transition period may use either connector.
We recommend visually confirming your connector style before ordering to ensure compatibility.
Choosing the correct patch harness type depends on how your fuel pump will be powered.
Straight-Thru This version passes all factory wiring straight through to the upgraded fuel pump connector. • Intended ONLY for stock fuel pumps • No relay or hardwire kit required
Single Hardwire Kit This version is designed for single fuel pump setups using a relay-based hardwire kit. • Break-out leads for the original fuel pump power and ground (to trigger external relay) • Provides a clean and easy place to connect your relay kit wiring • Sensor wiring passes straight through the patch harness • 10 AWG break-out leads for new pump power and chassis ground Choose this option if you are running a single upgraded fuel pump and relay/hardwire kit.
Twin Hardwire Kit This version is designed for twin fuel pump setups using relay-based hardwire kits. • Same as Single Hardwire version, but adds second fuel pump power and ground cables • Temp sensor wire is moved to a ring terminal for a bulkhead stud Choose this option if you are running two fuel pumps, each powered through a hardwire/relay kit.
