This tap allows you to add a 6AN splice to late (2003+) Nissan 2-Bolt fuel flanges. This fitting is often used to build a return system off the stock plumbing and/or rails by spacing back a pulsation damper or inlet tube.
The billet component has a -6 o-ring port. It includes a 6AN adapter fitting, Viton o-rings, and SS screws.
